As the message says, in order to fix the problem, you will need to press the Reset button. You can locate this button using the below image:

The only way to receive the software password is to contact Panasonic, the PBX Unified Maintenance Console developer. However, you can try to repair your VDR-D50 device using the demo version of the program. Close the software and when you launch it select Multi-site PBX Manager (Demo mode) option from below and press OK.
